On August 17, 2011 the Homes for Heros® programs was introduced to the Riverside/Inland Empire areas. Naturally we recognize heroes that serve our country but Home for Heros® also recognizes local heroes. If you are in the military (active or retired), are in the medical field or a first responder, are in law inforcement or a teacher...you are a hero and can receive rebates and discounts that could equate to thousands of dollars when you buy, sell or refinance your home. I will personally give 25% of my commission back to you to appy to your closing costs. In addition, my lender affiliate will give 50% of her commisiion back to you. You won't have have to do anything extra. We take care of it all. If you choose not to receive the rebate, we can donate what is owed to you to your favorite charity
